1.เอาสายไฟเครื่องออกก่อนทำการใดๆ ทุกครั้ง เพราะหากดึงกระดาษตอนเครื่องเสียบไฟหรือเปิดอยู่จะทำให้อะไหล่เสีย
2.เปิดฝากสแกนเครื่องขึ้นมาดูกระดาษที่ติดดึงออกในทางที่กระดาษวิ่งไปด้านหน้า พยามอย่างดึงย้อนอาจจะทำให้อะไหล่เสีย
3.หากดึงแล้วไม่ออกอย่าฝืน
หากดึงแล้วไม่ออกแนะนำให้สอบถามวิธีจากช่างก่อน ดีกว่าเราทำไปแล้วไม่ถูกต้องจะเสียมากกว่าเดิมครับ

1. Always unplug the power cord of the machine before doing anything, because if pulling the paper when the machine is plugged in or turned on, it will damage the spare parts.
2. Open the scanner lid. Look at the jammed paper. Pull it out in the way that the paper runs forward. Trying to pull back may damage the spare parts.
3. If pulled and not pulled, do not force
If pulled out and not recommended, ask the technician first. Better than we have done, incorrectly, will lose more than before.
