2   -  ไม่ได้ใส่กระดาษ, กระดาษหมด
         E3   -  ฟีดแล้วกระดาษติด อาจเพราะตัวเซ็นเซอร์สกปรกหรือมีเศษกระดาษติดอยู่ จึงมีปัญหากับการดึงกระดาษ
         E4   -  อาการที่แจ้งเกี่ยวกับการติดตั้งตลับหมึกมีปัญหา / ไม่มีหมึก / หมึกหมด 
                   บางคร้งใช้เติมหมึกแล้วจะขึ้น Error E4 แนะนำให้กดปุ่ม Resume ค้างไว้ 5 วินาที หรือ ถ้าใช้หมึกแท้การแก้ไขเบื้องต้น
                   ลองทำการถอดตลับหมึกออกมาแล้วใส่กลับเข้าไปใหม่ จากนั้นให้ทำการปิด-เปิดเครื่องปริ้นเตอร์ ถ้าไม่ได้ลองหาตลับใหม่มาใส่ครับ
         E5   -  ไม่ได้ใส่ตลับหมึก หรือ ใส่หมึกไม่ตรงรุ่น หรือ ตลับหมึกไม่เข้ากันกับเครื่องพิมพ์ หรือ ตลับหมึกเสียต้องเปลี่ยนตลับใหม่
                   ข้อแนะนำ: สำหรับ E5 บางครั้งทำความสะอาดหน้าสัมผัสตรงแผงวงจรของตลับหมึกก็หายครับ
         E8   -  เตือนซับหมึกใกล้เต็ม ให้กดปุ่ม Stop/Reset ค้างไว้ ก็พริ้นต่อไปได้อีก (ถ้าอาการไม่หนักมาก)
         E9   -  กล้องดิจิตอลหรือกล้องวีดีโอที่นำมาเชื่อมต่อไม่ซัพพอร์ทการเชื่อมต่อแบบ Direct Printing camera
         E14  -  ใส่ตลับหมึกผิด
         E15  -  ไม่ได้ติดตั้งตลับหมึกไปในเครื่องพิมพ์
         E16  -  ไม่รู้จักปริมาณหมึก หรือ ตลับเสีย
         E19  -  หัวแสกนทำงานผิดพลาด
         E22  -  ตลับหมึก Error
         E23  -  ฟีดกระดาษ Error
         E24  -  Purge unit error
         E25  -  ASF(cam) sensor error
         E26  -  เกิดคความร้อนหรืออุณภูมิภายในสูงขึ้น
         E27  -  ซัพหมึกใกล้เต็ม
         E28  -  อุณหภูมิตลับหมึกสูงเพิ่มขึ้น มีข้อผิดพลาดจากน้ำหมึกขาดหรือไม่มีน้ำหมึกในตลับ
         E42  -  เป็นอาการที่แจ้งเกี่ยวกับชุดสแกนเนอร์มีปัญหา

2 - Paper not loaded, out of paper
         E3 - Feed then paper jam. The sensor might be dirty or a piece of paper is stuck. Therefore there is a problem with paper feed
         E4 - Symptoms for ink cartridge installation, problem / no ink / empty ink.
                   Some times, when the ink is refilled, it will show Error E4. It is recommended to press and hold the Resume button for 5 seconds or if using genuine ink.
                   Try to remove the cartridge and put it back in. Then turn off - turn on the printer. If not, try to find a new cartridge to put.
         E5 - The cartridge is either not installed or mismatched, or the cartridge is incompatible with the printer, or the cartridge needs to be replaced.
                   Hint: For E5, sometimes cleaning the contacts on the print cartridge circuit board is lost.
         E8 - Remind the ink absorber is almost full. Press and hold the Stop / Reset button to continue printing. (If symptoms are not very heavy)
         E9 - Connected digital camera or video camera does not support Direct Printing camera connection.
         E14 - The ink cartridge is inserted incorrectly.
         E15 - The cartridge is not installed in the printer.
         E16 - The amount of ink is not recognized or the cartridge is damaged.
         E19 - Scan head malfunction.
         E22 - cartridge error
         E23 - paper feed error
         E24 - Purge unit error.
         E25 - ASF (cam) sensor error.
         E26 - Increased internal heat or temperature.
         E27 - The ink supply is almost full.
         E28 - high cartridge temperature rises. There was a tear or ink error in the cartridge.
         E42 - This indicates a problem with the scanner assembly.
