เครื่องไม่รับตลับหมึกหรือตลับหมึกไม่ได้ติดตั้งอย่าถูกต้องวิธีแก้เบื้อต้นคือ
1.ถอดสาย USB และ สายไฟออก 
2.เปิดฝาออกเครื่องออก ( เหมือนกับเอาตลับออก )
3.กดปุ่มพาเวอร์ค้างไว้ ( ฝาเครื่องยังเปิดอยู่ ) 
4.เสียบสายไฟ ปิดฝาเครื่องแล้วปล่อยปุ่มพาเวอร์ 

The machine does not accept the ink cartridge or the ink cartridge is not installed correctly.
1. Remove the USB cable and the power cord.
2. Open the lid to remove the machine (like removing the cartridge)
3. Hold down the power button (the lid is still open)
4. Plug the power cord, close the lid and release the power button.
