1.ถอดปลั๊กออกกดปุ่มon/offค้างไว้
2.เสียบปลั๊กกดปุ่มstope/reset 2ครั้งแล้วปล่อยพร้อมปุ่ม on/off
3.รอให้ขึ้น 0 แล้วกด+ให้ขึ้น 1แล้วกด color 2 ครั้ง
4.เปิดฝาเครื่องดึงปลั๊กออกแล้วเอาตลับหมึกออกจากนั้นปิดฝาเครื่อง
5.เสียบปลั๊กเปิดเครื่องให้เครื่องถามหาตลับหมึกแล้วเปิดฝาใส่ตลับหมึกแล้วใช้งาน
วิธีที่ 2 สอง

1.ถอดปลั๊กและสาย USB เครื่องปริ้นออก
2.กดปุ่ม ON/OFF ค้างไว้ แล้วเสียบปลั๊ก
3.กดปุ่ม Stop/Reset [เครื่องบางรุ่นอาจเป็นปุ่ม Resume] 1 ครั้ง
4.ปล่อยปุ่ม ON/OFF และไฟเขียวที่ปุ่ม ON/OFF จะดับ
5. ไฟสีส้มที่ Alarm จะสว่าง ซึ่งแสดงได้ว่าเราได้เข้าสู่ Service Mode แล้ว
6.เปิดโปรแกรม MPTool แล้วก็คลิกปุ่ม Reset หมึกดำโปรแกรมก็จะอ่านข้อมูลในเครื่องและเขียนข้อมูล
ใหม่ลงไป เมื่อเสร็จขั้นตอน หมึกสีดำก็จะเปลี่ยนจำก 0% ป็น 100% ก็ให้กดปุ่ม Reset หมึกสีเป็นลำดับ
ถัดไป เมื่อเสร็จสิ้นขั้นตอนหมึกสีก็จะกลายเป็น 100% เช่นกัน
7.ปิดโปรแกรม และถอนปลั๊กไฟเครื่องปริ้น
8.เมื่อเปิดขึ้นมาใหม่ ก็จะเห็นว่า ทั้งหมึกดำและหมึกสีมีสถานะเต็มครับ และไฟเตือนที่เครื่องปริ้นก็จะดับไป

ผมลองทั้ง 2 วิธีแล้วใช้งานได้ ถ้าเครื่องพิมพ์ที่ขึ้น E5 ไม่มีอาการอื่นร่วมด้วยส่วนมากจะแก้ไขได้ครับ

1. Remove the plug. Press and hold the on / off button.
2. Plug in, press the stope / reset button 2 times and release with on / off button
3. Wait for up to 0, then press + to give up 1 and press color 2 times.
4. Open the lid, pull out the plug and remove the cartridge, then close the lid.
5. Insert the plug, turn on the machine, ask the machine to find an ink cartridge, then open the cartridge cover and use it.

Method 2 Two

1. Unplug and print the USB cable.
2. Hold the ON / OFF button and plug in
3. Press the Stop / Reset button [Some models may be the Resume button] 1 time.
4. Release the ON / OFF button and the green light on the ON / OFF button will be turned off.
5. The orange light on the Alarm will light, indicating that we have entered the Service Mode.
6. Open MPTool and click the Reset Ink button. The program will read the data in the machine and write the data.
New to the process. Black ink will change from 0% to 100%. Press the Reset Ink button in color.
Next, when finished, the ink color will become 100% as well.
7. Close the program and remove the power plug.
8. When opening up, you will see that both the black ink and the color ink are full. And the warning light that the printer will turn off
 
I try both methods and can use it. If the printer that is up to E5 does not have other symptoms, it can be solved.
