E3 - ฟีดแล้วกระดาษติด อาจเพราะตัวเซ็นเซอร์สกปรกหรือมีเศษกระดาษติดอยู่ จึงมีปัญหากับการดึงกระดาษ
E4 - อาการที่แจ้งเกี่ยวกับการติดตั้งตลับหมึกมีปัญหา / ไม่มีหมึก / หมึกหมด
บางคร้งใช้เติมหมึกแล้วจะขึ้น Error E4 แนะนำให้กดปุ่ม Resume ค้างไว้ 5 วินาที หรือ ถ้าใช้หมึกแท้การแก้ไขเบื้องต้น
ลองทำการถอดตลับหมึกออกมาแล้วใส่กลับเข้าไปใหม่ จากนั้นให้ทำการปิด-เปิดเครื่องปริ้นเตอร์ ถ้าไม่ได้ลองหาตลับใหม่มาใส่ครับ
E5 - ไม่ได้ใส่ตลับหมึก หรือ ใส่หมึกไม่ตรงรุ่น หรือ ตลับหมึกไม่เข้ากันกับเครื่องพิมพ์ หรือ ตลับหมึกเสียต้องเปลี่ยนตลับใหม่
ข้อแนะนำ: สำหรับ E5 บางครั้งทำความสะอาดหน้าสัมผัสตรงแผงวงจรของตลับหมึกก็หายครับ
E8 - เตือนซับหมึกใกล้เต็ม ให้กดปุ่ม Stop/Reset ค้างไว้ ก็พริ้นต่อไปได้อีก (ถ้าอาการไม่หนักมาก)
E9 - กล้องดิจิตอลหรือกล้องวีดีโอที่นำมาเชื่อมต่อไม่ซัพพอร์ทการเชื่อมต่อแบบ Direct Printing camera
E14 - ใส่ตลับหมึกผิด
E15 - ไม่ได้ติดตั้งตลับหมึกไปในเครื่องพิมพ์
E16 - ไม่รู้จักปริมาณหมึก หรือ ตลับเสีย
E19 - หัวแสกนทำงานผิดพลาด
E22 - ตลับหมึก Error
E23 - ฟีดกระดาษ Error
E24 - Purge unit error
E25 - ASF(cam) sensor error
E26 - เกิดคความร้อนหรืออุณภูมิภายในสูงขึ้น
E27 - ซัพหมึกใกล้เต็ม
E28 - อุณหภูมิตลับหมึกสูงเพิ่มขึ้น มีข้อผิดพลาดจากน้ำหมึกขาดหรือไม่มีน้ำหมึกในตลับ
E42 - เป็นอาการที่แจ้งเกี่ยวกับชุดสแกนเนอร์มีปัญหา
E2 - paper is not loaded, paper runs out
E3 - Feed and paper jams May be because the sensor is dirty or has a piece of paper stuck Therefore there is a problem with the paper pulling
E4 - Symptoms that indicate the installation of the ink cartridge has a problem / no ink / ink runs out
Some are used to refill the ink and will continue. Error E4 recommends holding the Resume button for 5 seconds or if using genuine ink.
Try to remove the ink cartridge and reinsert it. Then turn off the printer. If not, try to find a new cartridge.
E5 - The ink cartridge is not inserted or the ink is not in the correct model or the cartridge is not compatible with the printer or the waste ink cartridge.
Recommendation: For E5, sometimes cleaning the contacts on the circuit board of the ink cartridge is lost.
E8 - Remind the ink absorber to be close to full. Press and hold the Stop / Reset button to continue printing. (If the symptoms are not very heavy)
E9 - Digital camera or video camera that connects to, not support, direct printing camera connection
E14 - Wrong ink cartridge
