1.E02 มีปัญหาที่ระบบดึงกระดาษ ให้ตรวจเช็คช่องใส่กระดาษว่ามีกระดาษหรือไม่ หรือหากดึงแล้วเข้าไปค้างอาจจะมีสิ่งของตกลงไปให้นำสิ่งของนั้นออกครับ
วิธีการดึงกระดาษออกให้ปิดเครื่องก่อนดึงทุกครั้งครับ และควรดึงตามทางออกของกระดาษเสมอ เพื่อป้องกันชุดเฟืองของชุดดึงกระดาษเสีย ยกเว้นกระดาษถูกดึงเข้าไป
เพียงเล็กน้อยให้ดึงออกทางช่องที่ใส่ครับ
2.E03 ช่องใส่กระดาษไม่ได้ถูกเปิด หรือมีกระดาษติดให้ใช้วิธีเดียวกับ E02 ครับ
3.E04,E05 เครื่องไม่รู้จักตลับหมึก ดำหรือสี วิธีแก้ให้ลองทำความละอาดลายวงจรด้านหลังตลับแล้วใส่เข้าไปใหม่ หากไม่หายส่วนมากตลับจะเสียครับ
4.E07 ตลับหมึกไม่ได้ติดตั้งตำแหน่งที่ถูกต้อง มีปัญหาที่ตัวตลับให้ลองแก้ในข้อ 3 หรือบางครั้งอาจจะเกิดจากลายวงจรไม่สัมผัสกับแผงของตัวรับของเครื่อง
5.E08 แผ่นซับหมึกเกือบเต็ม กดปุ่ม Copy ดำหรือสี วิธีแก้เครื่องจะทำงานต่อ
6.E13 ไม่สามารถตรวจสอบระดับหมึกได้ วิธีแก้ให้กดปุ่ม STOP/RESET ค้างไว้ประมาณ 10 วินาที

E03 ตรวจดูถาดกระดาษขาออกและเปิด เครื่องดำเนินการต่อการพิมพ์ หากการเปิดถาดกระดาษขาออกไม่สามารถแก้ปัญหาได้อาจจะเกิดจากกระดาษที่ติด, โหลดกระดาษอย่างถูกต้องในเครื่องพิมพ์แล้วกดปุ่มสีดำหรือสี
E04,E05 ตลับหมึกอาจไม่ได้รับการติดตั้งอย่างถูกต้องหรือตลับหมึกที่ไม่อาจจะเข้ากันได้กับเครื่องนี้
E07 ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าแต่ละตลับหมึกถูกติดตั้งในตำแหน่งที่ถูกต้อง
E08 กดปุ่มสีดำหรือสีเครื่องที่จะทำการพิมพ์ต่อไป

1.E02 There is a problem with the paper pick system. Check the paper feed slot for paper or not. Or if you pull and hold it, something might fall, take that item out.

2.E03 The paper compartment is not opened. Or there is a paper jam, use the same method as E02.
3.E04, E05 The machine does not recognize the black or color cartridge, solution, try cleaning the circuit on the back of the cartridge and reinsert. If not lost, most of the cartridges will be damaged.
4.E07 The ink cartridge is not installed in the correct position. There is a problem with the cartridge, try to fix in step 3, or sometimes it may be due to the circuit pattern not touching the receiver panel of the machine.
5.E08 The ink absorber is almost full.Press the Black or Color Copy button, the machine will continue to work.
6.E13 The ink level cannot be checked. To fix, press and hold the STOP / RESET button for about 10 seconds.

8.E15 sued about the cartridge, see # 3.
9.E16 Running out of ink How to solve? Press and hold the STOP / RESET button for about 10 seconds.
10.E30 sued about the setting of the document. Go back to the settings that match or not.

E02 Load paper into the rear tray and press the Black or Color button. Check the loading of paper.
E03 Inspect the output tray and open it. The machine resumes printing. If opening the output tray does not resolve the issue, it may be caused by a paper jam, loading the paper correctly in the printer, and pressing the Black or Color button.
E04, E05 The toner cartridge may not be installed properly or a cartridge may not be compatible with this machine.
E07 Make sure that each ink cartridge is installed in the correct position.
E08 Press the black or color button on the machine that will continue printing.
E13 The ink may run out, need to press the STOP / RSET button for at least 5 seconds.
E14 The ink cartridge may not be compatible with this printer.
E15 The cartridge may not be installed properly.
E16 The ink may run out, the STOP / RSET button must be pressed for at least 5 seconds.
E30 Ensure that originals meet requirements and are loaded correctly on the E30.
E31 Connecting machine and computer with cables USB cannot be used.
E50 Press the Stop / Reset button to cancel the error.
