เครื่องไม่รับตลับหมึกหรือตลับหมึกไม่ได้ติดตั้งอย่าถูกต้องวิธีแก้เบื้อต้นคือ
1.ถอดสาย USB และ สายไฟออก
2.เปิดฝาออกเครื่องออก ( เหมือนกับเอาตลับออก )
3.กดปุ่มพาเวอร์ค้างไว้ ( ฝาเครื่องยังเปิดอยู่ )

The machine does not accept cartridges, or the cartridges are not installed correctly.
1. Disconnect the USB cable and power cable.
2. Open the cover to take out the machine (as if removing a cassette)
3. Press and hold the power button (the door is still open).
