เครื่องสกรีน DFT DTF ระบบฟิล์มทรานเฟอร์
เทคโนโลการพิมพ์ล่าสุดที่เพิ่งออกมาไม่นานและได้รับความนิยมสูงสุดในปี 2020 ก็คือเครื่องสกรีนเสื้อระบบฟิล์มทรานเฟอร์สำหรับเครื่องพิมพ์ Inkjet บางท่านเรียกว่า DFT บางท่านเรียกว่า DTF แต่ไม่ว่าจะเรียกว่าอะไรก็หลัการทำงานเหมือนกันโดยเทคโนโลยีนี้ถูกคิดค้นต้นกำเนิดมากจากประเทศจีน โดยที่หมึกเป็นหมึกประเภท Pigment ink หมึกกันน้ำชนิดนึงเหมือนหมึกกันน้ำที่เราใช้ มีความคล้ายหมึกพิมพ์เสื้อระบบพิมพ์ตรงอย่าง DTG แต่ DTG จะมีข้อด้อยตรงที่จะสามารถทำได้แต่ผ้าคอตตอล 100% หรือผสมคอตตอลมากกว่า 50% ขึ้นไป โดยระบบ DFT หรือ DTF จะดูแลง่ายกว่าและลองรับทุกผ้าแม้แต่แผ่นหนังก็ยนังสามารถนำไปรีดได้ด้วยอันตอนง่าย

3.อบหรือให้ความร้อนเพื่อให้กาวละลายติดฟิล์ม
4.รีดลงบนผ้าชนิดต่างๆ 
สำหรับเครื่องพิมพ์ที่มีขายในปัจจุบันจะมีด้วยกันหลายแบบเลือกแต่หากแยกกันตามขนาดเครื่องจะมีหน้า กว้าง 70cm และเครื่องที่แปลงขึ้นมาขนาดเล็ก A3 โดยที่เครื่องหน้ากว้าง 70cm จะเป็นเครื่องพิมพ์แบบ 2 หัวพิมพ์ส่วนมากจะใช้หัวพิมพ์ Epson 4720 โดยหัวพิมพ์แรกจะใส่การพิมพ์สี CMYK และอีกหัวพิมพ์จะจะใส่สีขาว 
เมื่อเริ่มต้นการพิมพ์ฟิล์มจะมีหน้าเพียงพักหมึกไว้ชั่วคราวแทนกระดาษโดยฟิล์มจะเป็นฟิล์มที่ทนความร้อนเรียกว่า PET Film เครื่องจะพิมพ์สีลงไปก่อนและตามด้วยสีขาวในรอบการพิมพ์เดียวกัน ทำให้เวลาเราสั่งพิมพ์ต้องกลับงานพิมพ์ให้เหมือนมองเห็นเป็นกระจกไม่งั้นจะอ่านไม่ออกเมื่อนำไปรีด 
เมื่อพิมพ์เสร็จก็จะเข้าไปยังเครื่องพ่นผงกาวอัตโนมัติ ( Spray powder Automatically ) ทำหน้าที่โรยกาวลงไปบนฟิล์มและอบให้กาวละลายติดเนื้อฟิล์มเสร็จสิ้นขั้นตอนการจัดทำงานสกรีดด้วยระบบฟิล์มทรานเฟอร์บนเครื่อง inkjet 
ส่วนเครื่องขนาด A3 ก็หลักการเดียวกันแต่จะรองรับงานปริมาณที่น้อยกว่าเนื่องจากพิมพ์ได้ช้ากว่าและกาวเราก็โรยเองได้ไม่ต้องใช้เครื่องอัตโนัมติแต่หากงานที่เราต้องการต่อวันเยอะมากก็ต้องใช้เครื่องพ่นกาวจะสะดวกสบายกว่าในการทำงาน

4.เราสามารถปรับโหมดการพิมพ์ให้ความหนาของงานกสรีนแตกต่างกันได้ ซึ่งจะแตกต่างจากงานเฟล็กและงานกระดาษทรานเฟอร์
5.ดูแลง่าย
ข้อเสียเท่าที่เทสมายังไม่เจอแต่พบว่าหากไม่ใช้งานเป็นเวลานานสีขาวอาจจะตกตะกอนได้ให้เขย่าก่อนใช้งานแต่อาการตันเทสมาเกิน 5 เดือน ยังไม่พบอาการอุดตัน โดยเครื่องและหมึกแต่ละโรงงานจะต่างกันราคาแต่ละทีจึงแตกต่างกันเลือกตามความชอบของเราจะได้ทั้งงานพิมพ์ที่ดีคุณภาพสูงและต้นทุนต่ำ
