1.สีเพี้ยนไม่ตรงตามหน้าจอคอมพวเตอร์หรือหน้าจอแสดงผล
   การแสดงผลของจอคอมพิวเตอร์กับงานพิมพ์จะใช้คนละแบบกันครับจึงทำให้งานพิมพ์ออกมาแตกต่างจากหน้าจอเล็กน้อยแต่จะไม่เพี้ยนไปจนรับไม่ได้นะครับ อาจจะแตกต่างกับหน้าเล็กน้อยเช่น สีเหลืองอาจจะเข้มหรืออ่อนกว่าจอแสดงผล

2.เกิดจากการผิดปกติของระบบการพิมพ์และหัวพิมพ์
-หัวพิมพ์ออกไม่ครบ  เป็นสิ่งแรกเลยที่เราต้องเทสก่อนหากพิมพ์ออกมาแล้วสีเพี้ยนเพราะอาจจะเกิดจากสีใดสีหนึ่งออกไม่ครบ 
-ไดร์เวอร์ทำงานพิมพ์พลาดหรือประม้วลผลผิดพลาด ให้ลองเทสหัวพิมพ์ก่อนหากหัวพิมพ์ออกปกติอาจจะเกิดจากไดร์เวอร์ไม่สมบูรณ์ให้ลองลบไดร์เวอร์เก่าออกไปก่อนและลงใหม่
-เกิดจากตัวไฟล์หรือรูปที่เราพิมพ์ ให้ลองพิมพ์รูปอื่นว่าป็นอาการเดียวกันหรือไม่เพราะรูปบางรูปถูกแต่งมาเพื่อดูกับจอคอมพิวเตอร์เพียงอย่างเดียวเพื่อลดขนาดของรูปลงทำให้ค่าสีของรูปผิดเพี้ยนไปได้
-เกิดจากการตั้งค่าไดร์เวอร์ของเครื่องผิด ให้ตรวจสอบไดร์เวอร์ว่าได้ตั้งค่าอะไรไว้หรือไม่หากไม่แน่ใจว่าตั้งอะไรไปมั้งให้กดกลับไปที่ค่าเริ่มต้น 
-เกิดจากเมนอบร์ดของเครื่องทำงานผิดพลาด อาการนี้ต้องใช้โปรแกรมเกี่ยวกับเมนบอร์ดรุ่นนั้นๆใส่ค่าเข้าไปใหม่ส่วนมากจะพบน้อยมาก
-เกิดจากน้ำหมึก  ให้สร้างแทบสีขึ้นมาและลองพิมพ์ดูว่าออกปกติหรือไม่
-เกิดจากกระดาษหรือวัสดุที่เราพิมพ์ สิ่งพิมพ์หรือกระดาษแต่ละชนิดจะให้โทนสีของรูปที่พิมพ์ออกมาแตกต่างกันออกไป

1. The color is not correct according to the computer screen or display screen.
   The display of the computer monitor and the print will be used in different ways, so the printout will come out slightly different from the screen but will not be distorted and unacceptable. May be slightly different to the page, for example Yellow may be darker or lighter than the display.

2. It is caused by a malfunction of the printing system and the print head.
- Print head is not complete It is the first thing that we have to test first, if the print comes out, the color is wrong because it may be caused by one of the colors that are not completely out.
- Driver is working, printing error or processing error. Try testing the printhead first, if the printhead ejects normally, it could be caused by an incomplete driver, try deleting the old driver and reinstalling.
- Caused by the file or image that we print Try printing another image to see if it is the same symptom or not, as some images have been edited for viewing only on a computer screen to reduce the size of the image, distorting the color value of the image.
- Caused by the wrong device driver setting Check the driver to see what is set or not, if you are not sure what to set, press return to default.
- Caused by a faulty main board. This symptom requires a program on that particular motherboard model, reinsert, and is rarely found.
- Caused by ink Create a color bar and try to print to see if it works or not.
- Caused by paper or materials that we print. Each type of publication or paper produces a different color tone for the printed image.
