Genaral Error สามารถเป็นได้หลายอย่างครับ มันเป็น Error Code ที่กว้างพอสมควร แต่ที่แน่ๆเกิดปัญหาในการทำงานของระบบหรืออุปกรณ์อันใดอันหนึ่งภายในเครื่อง หากเครื่องต่อระบบ Ink Tank ให้ดูว่าหัวพิมพ์สามารถวิ่งไปด้านซ้ายหรือขวาได้ปกติหรือไม่ หรือลองเอาสายแท้งค์ออกและลองเปิดเครื่องดูอีกครั้ง หากไม่ได้ติดแท้งค์ก็ต้องเช็คที่อะไหล่ตัวอื่นๆ เช่น สายเอ็นโค๊ดเดอ ทั้ง 2 ตัว ว่ามีอะไรไปติดหรือไม่ สายแพ หัวพิมพ์ ชุดปั๊มและเมนบอร์ด เพราะหากอะไรเสียก็จะขึ้น General Error เหมือนกัน

Genaral Error can be a lot of things, it is a fairly wide error code. But for sure there is a problem in the operation of one of the systems or devices within the machine. If the printer is connected to an Ink Tank system, see if the print head can run to the left or right. Or try removing the tank cable and try turning the power on again. If the tank is not attached, you need to check other parts, such as the encoder cable, both 2 to see if there is anything attached or not, the ribbon cable, print head, pump set and motherboard. Because if something is broken, it will be General Error as well.
