ปกติก็อาจจะเป็นที่การตั้งค่าดังนั้นเราต้องเทสหัวพิมพ์ออกมาดูก่อน
1.คลิกที่แอปเบิ้ลเมนู เลือกเมนู System Preferences
2.คลิกที่ Print And Scan สำหรับ Mac 10.7 ขึ้นไปและ Print and Fax สำหรับเวอร์ชั่น Mac 10.6
3.จะขึ้นหน้า Prin & Scan ดับเบิ้ลคลิกที่ Epson L200
4.เมื่อดับเบิ้ลคลิกจะขึ้นหน้าต่างใหม่ขึ้นมาให้คลิกที่ Printer Setup
5.จากนั้นคลิกที่ Utility และคลิกที่เมนู Open Printer Utility ( การบำรุงรักษาเครื่องพิมพ์ )
6.จะเปิด Epson Printer Utility4 ให้คลิกที่ Nozzle Check เพื่อทดสอบหัวพิมพ์
7.ใส่กระดาษ 1 แผ่น จากนั้นกด Print
8.เครื่องจะพิมพ์เทสทดสอบหัวพิมพ์ออกมาโดยรูปที่ 1 คือหัวพิมพ์ปกติ แต่หากพิมพ์ออกมาแบบรูปที่ 2 ไม่ว่าตพแหน่งใดหากมีรอยขาวขาดไปแบบในรูปแสดงว่าหัวพิมพ์เราออกไม่ครบให้ลองทำความโดยการกดที่ Clean แต่หากออกปกติให้กดที่ Finish
9.ก่อนทำความสะอาดตรวจสอบวาวล์ที่ตัวแท้งค์ว่าเปิดอยู่หรือไม่ ดังรูป าหกเปิดอยู่ให้กดที่ Start จากนั้นรอสักครู่ เครื่องกำลังทำความสะอาด
เมื่อเสร็จจะขึ้นหน้าต่างใหม่ โดยจะมีเมนุให้เลือก 2 เมนู ให้กดที่ทอสอบการพิมพ์ ก Print Nozzle Check Pattern ตรวจเช็คดูว่าต่างจากรอบแรกที่เราเทสหรือไม่
10.ในการทำความสะอาดจะมีด้วยกัน 2 โหมดคือโหมดธรรมดาที่เราได้สั่งไปหากทำสัก 2 รอบ ไม่ดีขึ้นแนะนำให้ทำความสะอาดขั้นสูง Power Ink Flushing ทำตามหน้าต่างไปเลื่อยๆจนถึง Print Nozzle Check Pattern ลองเทสทอสอบการพิมพ์อีกครั้ง ปกติแล้วต้องรอ 12 ชั่วโมงในการทำความสะอาดรอบต่อไป ให้แก้วันที่หรือเวลาเพื่อเริ่มทำความสะอาดรอบที่ 2 ทำไม่เกิน 4 รอบ ไม่หายติดต่อช่างเพื่อหาทางแก้วิธีอื่นๆ หากเครื่องใช้งานประจำสม่ำเสมอปกติ 1-2 รอบก็น่าจะหาย

L100, L200 for Mac OS X
When our print is not normal, the color is distorted. Missing colors, white lines, or any abnormalities in the print job. We have to test the print head out before performing other tasks. If the print head is normal, then it may be the setting, so we have to test the print head first.
1. Click on the app menu. Select the System Preferences menu.
2. Click Print And Scan for Mac 10.7 and up and Print and Fax for Mac version 10.6.
3. Go to Print & Scan page. Double click Epson L200.
4. When the double-click opens a new window, click on Printer Setup.
5. Then click on Utility and click on the Open Printer Utility menu.
6. Open the Epson Printer Utility4. Click the Nozzle Check to test the print head.
7. Load 1 sheet of paper, then press Print.
8. The machine will test to print the print head test. Figure 1 is a normal print head. But if printing out the 2nd picture no matter what position, if there are some white marks in the picture, it shows that the print head is not complete, try cleaning by pressing on Clean, but if normal, press Finish
9. Before cleaning, check the valve on the tank whether it is open or not, as in the picture if it is open, press Start then wait a moment. The machine is cleaning.
When finished, a new window will appear. There will be 2 menus to choose. Click on the Print Nozzle Check Pattern to check to see if it is different from the first round that we have tested.
10. There are 2 modes of cleaning. Normal mode that we ordered. If doing 2 rounds does not improve, recommend advanced cleaning. Power Ink Flushing Follow the window to saw until Print Nozzle Check Pattern. Try pouring. Again exam typing Usually have to wait 12 hours for the next cleaning cycle Modify the date or time to start cleaning. Round 2, do not exceed 4 rounds. Not lost. Contact a mechanic to find a solution to other methods. If the machine is used regularly, usually 1-2 cycles, it should disappear
