Brother Machine Error 48 หรือ init unable 48 เกิดจากอาการเสียของอะไหล่บางตัวดังต่อไปนี้
1.Encoder หรือแผ่นพลาสติกใส่ที่เป็นตัวเช็คระยะของเครื่องอาจจะสกปรกให้ลองทำความสะอาด หรืออาจจะเกิดจากตัวเช็ค Encoder เครื่องไม่สามารถอ่านตำแหน่งหัวพิมพ์ได้
2.สายแพหัวพิมพ์ชำรุด ให้สังเกตุดูว่าสายแพมีรอยหรือขาดหรือไม่
3.หัวพิมพ์เสีย ต้องเปลี่ยนอย่างเดียว ส่วนมากหากมีการถอดหรือล้างหัวพิมพ์อาจจะทำให้หัวพิมพ์เสียได้และขึ้น  Machine Error 48 หรือ init unable 48 ครับ
4.เมนบอร์ดเสีย

   หากไม่ชำนาญไม่ควรแก้ไขเองครับ แค่รู้ว่าเครื่องเราเป็นอะไรถึงใช้ไม่ได้ก็พอครับ เพราะหากแก้เองอาจจะทำให้เสียมากยิ่งขึ้น
