Refill XX ink หมึกหมด ให้เปลี่ยนตลับหมึกหรือลองเอาตลับหมึกออกแล้วใส่เข้าไปใหม่
Clean Unble xx ,Scan Unble XX   เครื่องพิมพ์มีปัญหาทางด้านกลไก ให้ลองเอาปลั๊กไฟออกทิ้งไว้สักครู่ให้ไฟหมดจากระบบ จากนั้นลองเสียบใหม่ ถ้าไม่หายลองเปิดฝาสแกนเช็คดูเศษกระดาษหรือวัสดุอื่นๆมีติดอยู่ในเครื่องหรือไม่ 
Closr ink Cover  ฝากครอบตลับหมึกเปิดอยู่หรือปิดไม่แน่น  
Cover is open ฝากสแกนเนอร์เปิดอยู่ ให้ปิดให่สนิท 
Document Jam  กระดาษติดที่ช่องสแกนอัตโนมัติ ADF  หรือกระดาษยาวเกินไป  
High Temperature อุณภูมิห้องสูงเกินไป 
ink Box Full แผ่นซับหมึกในเครื่องเต็มให้กดรีเช็ทและเปลี่ยนแผ่นซับหมึกในเครื่อง หากเครื่องยังมีประกันแนะนำให้ส่งศูนย์เพราะหากทำเองอาจจะถูกตัดประกันได้ และหากไม่เปลี่ยนที่ทิ้งหมึกในเครื่องจะทำให้หมึกล้นออกมา 
inkbox Nearfull  กล่องซับหมึกใกล้เต็ม
No paper Fed กระดาษในถาดหมดหรือใส่กระดาษไม่ถูกต้อง  เครื่องไม่ดึงกระดาษ
Wrong paper sixe การตั้งค่ากระดาษผิดขนาด หรือไม่ตรงกับกระดาษที่อยู่ในถาด

B&W Print only The amount of ink remaining in one of the color cartridges is low. Causing the machine to print only black
Refill XX ink has run out of ink, replace the ink cartridge or try removing and reinserting the ink cartridge.
Clean Unble xx, Scan Unble XX The printer has a mechanical problem. Try to remove the power plug and leave it for a while to run out of the system. Then try to plug in again. If it does not disappear, try opening the scanning door to see if any torn pieces of paper or other materials have stuck in the machine?
Closr ink Cover The lid of the ink tank is open or not tightly closed.
Cover is open Leave scanner open. Keep it completely closed
Document Jam The paper is jammed in the ADF, or the paper is too long.
High Temperature The ambient temperature is too high.
ink Box Full The ink absorber in the machine is full, press reset and replace the ink absorber in the machine. If the machine still has insurance, it is recommended to send it to the center, because if you do it yourself, the warranty may be cut And if the ink discard is not replaced in the machine, the ink will overflow.
inkbox Nearfull The ink absorber box is almost full.
