มีสิ่งผิดปกติภายในเครื่องอาจจะเกิดจากเศษกระดาษ คลิปหนีบกระดาษ เสษกระดาษและอื่นๆติดอยู่ในเครื่องทำให้เครื่องทำงานผิดพลาดให้เปิดฝาสแกนแล้วดูว่ามีอะไรติดถ่ายในเครื่องหรือไม่ ลองเปิดเครื่องดูหากไม่หายให้เอาปลั๊กไฟออกทิ้งไว้สักครู่ จากนั้นลองเสียบใหม่อีกครั้ง
