1.กระพริบ 2 ครั้ง กระดาษหมด หรือเครื่องไม่ดึงกระดาษใส่กระดาษเข้าไปใหม่ปรับความกว้างของช่องใส่กระดาษให้พอดีกับกระดาและกดปุ่ม Resume / Cancel ( ปุ่มข้างพาเวอร์ ) เพื่อเริ่มการพิมพ์ใหม่
2.กระพริบ 3 ครั้ง กระดาษติด
ปิดเครื่องพิมพ์ก่อนทำการแก้ไขเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เครื่องมีปัญหา วิธีการนำกระดาษออกจกาเครื่องให้ดูกว่ากระดาษดูดึงเข้าไปเยอะหรือไม่หากไม่เยอะให้ดึงย้อนออกทางช่องใส่ หากดึงเข้าไปเยอะแล้วควรจะดึงออกทางถาดกระดาษออก
3.กระพริบ 4 ครั้ง หมึกหมด
กดปุ่ม Resume /Cancel ( ปุ่มข้างๆพาเวอร์ ) ค้างไว้ประมาณ 10 วินาที เพื่อยกเลิกการตรวจสอบระดับหมึกของเครื่อง ต้องกด 2 ครั้ง ยอกเลิกตลับดำและตลับสี โดยกดเพียงครั้งเดียวต่อตลับจะกดอีกครั้งเมื่อเปลี่ยนตลับหมึกใหม่
4.กระพริบ 5 ครั้ง ตรวจไม่พบตลับหมึก หรือไม่รู้จักตลับหมึก
เปิดฝาเครื่องพิมพ์เพื่อนำตลับออกมาทำความสะอาดลายวงจรและใส่เข้าไปใหม่ หากทำความสะอาดแล้วยังเป็นอาการเดิมตลับอาจจะเสีย
5.กระพริบ 7 ครั้งตลับหมึกติดตั้งไม่ถูกต้อง
ตรวจสอบตลับหมึกว่าใส่ไว้ถูกต้องหรือไม่ หากติดตั้งไว้ถูกต้องให้ลองกดปุ่ม Resume/Cancel ค้างไว้ 10 วินาที เพื่อยกเลิกการตรวจสถานะของหมึก
6.กระพริบ 8 ครั้ง แผ่นซับหมึกใกล้เต็มหรือเต็ม
ในกรณีที่ใกล้เต็มสามารถกดปุ่ม Resume / Cancel เพื่อใช้งานเครื่องพิมพ์ต่อไป ในกรณีที่เต็มแล้วต้องใช้โปรแกรมเครียร์เคาเตอร์ของเครื่องจึงจะใช้งานได้ครับ
7.กระพริบ 14 ,15 ครั้ง เครื่องพิมพ์ไม่รู้จักตลับหมึกหรือไม่สามารถตรวจสอบระดับหมึกได้
-กดปุ่ม Reseume / Cancel ค้างไว้ 10 วินาที เพื่อยกเลิกสถานะน้ำหมึกเพื่อเริ่มการพิมพ์
-นำตลับออกมาทำความสะอาดลายวงจรและใส่เข้าไปใหม่
8.กระพริบ 16 ครั้ง ไม่สามารถตรวจสอบระดับหมึกที่เหลือได้
