เกิดปัญหาที่ระบบดึงกระดาษ การดึงกระดาษอาจจะดึงไม่ถูกจังหวะ ให้ลองเอากระดาษออกแล้วใส่ใหม่ดูให้พอดีกับช่องไม่แน่นหรือมีช่องว่างมากเกินไป ถ้าไม่หายลองดูว่ากระดาษได้ถูกดึงเข้าไปบ้างหรือไม่หากดึงเข้าไปบ้างอาจจะมีอะไรติดอยู่ในช่องกระดาษ
2.Error Code E03, Paper Output Tray is closed / Paper jam
เกิดปัญหาเกี่ยวกับระบบกระดาษ ให้ตรวจดูว่าได้เปิดถาดกระดาษด้านหน้าออกหรือยัง ถ้ายังให้เปิดออก หรือถ้ามีกระดาษติดในเครื่องให้ดึงปลั๊กไฟออกก่อนกระทำการใด เพราะหากเราแก้ไขตอนที่เครื่องเปิดอยู่กลไกของเครื่องอาจจะได้รับความเสียหายได้ วิธีเอากระดาษออกให้ดูว่ากระดาษถูกดึงเข้าไปเยอะหรือไม่ หากไม่เยอะให้ดึงย้อนออกทางช่องใส่กระดาษ และหากเยอะให้ดึงออกทางด้านช่องทางออกปกติของกระดาษ เพื่อป้องกันกลไกเสีย เมื่อดึงออกแล้วเอากระดาษทั้งหมดออกแล้วลองเสียบและเปิดเครื่องใหม่อีกครั้ง
3.Error E04,Error E05 ,The FINE Cartridge cannot be recognized
เกิดปัญหาในส่วนของตลับหมึก วิธีแก้ให้ถอดตลับออกมาตลับออกมาทำความสะอาดลายวงจรแล้วใส่เข้าไปใหม่ หากไม่หายส่วนมากตลับจะเสีย
4.Error E07 FINE Cartridge is not installed in the correct position
เกิดปัญหาในส่วนของตลับหมึก ลายวงจรของตลับอาจจะสกปรกให้นำออกมาทำความสะอาดแล้วใส่เข้าไปใหม่ส่วนมากจะหาย
5.Error E08, Ink absorber is almost full
แผ่นซับหมึกเต็ม ต้องใช้โปรแกรมเครียร์ค่าของเครื่องใหม่
6.Error E09
The machine has not received a response from the digital camera. The digital camera or digital video camcorder connected is not compatible with this machine.
7.Error E13,Ink level cannot be detected
ไม่สามารถตรวจสอบระดับน้ำหมึกได้ วิธีแก้ให้กดปุ่ม Stop/Reset ค้างไว้ประมาณ 5 วินาที่ เพื่อยกเลิกการแสดงสถานะน้ำหมึก จะต้องกดตลับละ 1 ครั้งแล้วจะไม่ฟ้องอีกจนกว่าเราจะเปลี่ยนตลับใหม่
8.Error E14,The FINE Cartridge cannot be recognized
เกิดปัญหาในส่วนของตลับหมึก ลายวงจรของตลับอาจจะสกปรกให้นำออกมาทำความสะอาดแล้วใส่เข้าไปใหม่ส่วนมากจะหาย
9.Error E15 ,The FINE Cartridge cannot be recognized
เกิดปัญหาในส่วนของตลับหมึก ลายวงจรของตลับอาจจะสกปรกให้นำออกมาทำความสะอาดแล้วใส่เข้าไปใหม่ส่วนมากจะหาย
10.Error E16 ,Ink has run out.

เกิดข้อผิดพลาดการเชื่อมต่อกับเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ ลองถอดสาย USB และเสียบใหม่หรือปิดเครื่องและเปิดใหม่
12.Error E31,The machine is not connected with the computer.
การสือสารระหว่างเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์กับเครื่องพิมพ์ผิดพลาด ตรวสอบสาย USB ปิดเครื่องแล้วเปิดใหม่
13.Error E50 ,Scanning the print head alignment sheet has failed.
