เครื่องพิมพ์ Laser Jet ถ้าจะอธิบายให้เข้าใจง่ายๆก็คือคือพิมพ์อีกชนิดหนึ่งที่ใช้หมึกพิพม์แบบเป็นผงไม่ใช้ของเหลวหรือน้ำเหมือนเครื่องพิมพ์แบบ Ink Jet เป็นเครื่องพิมพ์อีกชนิดหนึ่งที่น่าสนใจโดยเฉพาะการพิมพ์แบบ ขาว-ดำ เพราะงานพิมพ์ที่ออกมาจะคมชัดสูงและพิมพ์ได้ไวมาก แต่หากพิมพ์สีจะมีต้นทุนต่อแผ่นสูง
Laser Jet ที่นิยมใช้ในปัจจุบันแบ่งออกได้เป็น 2 ประเภทคือ
- Laser Black & White ( ขาวดำ )
- Laser Color ( สี )
อะไหล่ของตลับหมึกและหน้าที่การทำงาน
- OPC Drum ทำหน้าที่ ถ่ายแบบ
- Wiper Blade ทำหน้าที่ ทำความสะอาด OPC Drum
- Docter Blade ทำหน้าที่ควบคุมปริมาณของหมึกดี
- PCR ทำหน้าที่เคลียร์ประจุ PCR Drum ให้เป็น ลบ หรือบวกแล้วแต่สเป๊กเครื่อง
- Magnetic Developer Roller ทำหน้าที่ ดูดผงหมึกไปเกาะตัว Magnetic หรือตัวเอง
ประเภทของผงหมึก สามารถแบ่งตามคุณสมบัติได้ 2 ประเภทคือ
1.ผงหมึกที่ไม่มีส่วนประกอบของผงแม่เหล็กจะใช้กับตลับที่มี Developer Roller ที่มีลักษณะเป็นแท่งยาง
2.ผงหมึกที่มีส่วนประกอบของผงแม่เหล็ก จะใช้กับตลับที่มี Magnetic Developer Roller ที่มีลักษณะเป็นแกนเหล็ก
หลักการทำงานของ Laser Jet
ขั้นตอนแรกคือ แสง laser จะถูกยิงลงมาจากจุดยิง laser ถูกบนผิว OPC Drum โดยบริเวณที่ถูกแสง Laser จะมีค่าประจุไฟฟ้าเป็น บวก มากขึ้น ซึ่งจะมีชุดเหนี่ยวนำ Magnetic Developer Roller ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติเป็นแท่งแม่เหล็กจะทำหน้าที่ ถ่ายเทผงหมึกดีโดยผ่าน Doctor Blade ซึ่งมีหน้าที่ควบคุมปริมาณผงหมึก เมื่อผิว OPC Drum มาสัมผัสชุดเหนี่ยวนำ ส่วนที่โดนแสง laser ก็จะทำการดูดผงหมึกมาเกาะบนผิว OPC Drum และกระดาษจะถูกป้อนเข้ามา โดยด้านล่างจะมี Transfer Roller ซึ่งมีค่าเป็นประจุบวกมากกว่า OPC Drum ทำให้ผงหมึกถูกดูดมาเกาะลงบนกระดาษ จากนั้นกระดาษก็จะถูกส่งไปยังชุด Fuser Roller (Upper/Lower) จะทำหน้าที่รีดร้อนให้หมึกละลายติดบนกระดาษ จากนั้น ยางที่เรียกว่า Wiper Blade จะทำหน้าที่กวาดเศษหมึกทีตกค้างบริเวณ OPC Drum ไว้ในช่องเก็บหมึกเสียจากนั้น PCR จะชาร์จประจุให้ OPC Drum ที่มีประจุเป็นลบและเป็นบวกตามสเป็กของเครื่องเพื่อเตรียมพร้อมที่จะถูกยิงด้วย laser ในรอบต่อไป
Laser jet printer
A Laser Jet printer, if simply explained, is another type of printer that uses powder, non-liquid or water based ink like Ink Jet printers are another very interesting printer, especially for white printing. Black because the output will produce high clarity and print speed. But if printing in color, there will be a high cost per sheet.
Laser jets that are commonly used today are divided into 2 types:
Laser Black & White (Black & White)
Laser Color (color)

The OPC Drum acts as a model.
Wiper Blade cleans OPC Drum.
Docter Blade controls the amount of ink well.
PCR is responsible for clearing the PCR Drum charge to either negative or positive, depending on the device specification.
Magnetic Developer Roller absorbs the toner to stick to the Magnetic or itself.
Toner type It can be divided into two types of properties:
1. Toner without magnetic powder is used with cartridges with rubberized Developer Roller.
2. Toner containing magnetic powder. To be used with cartridges with a Magnetic Developer Roller that has a steel core.
Laser jet working principle
The first step is that the laser light is fired from the laser firing point on the surface of the OPC Drum, where the area exposed to the Laser will have a more positive electric charge. Act Good toner transfer via Doctor Blade, which controls toner when the OPC Drum surface touches the induction unit. The part that is exposed to laser light will suck the toner onto the surface of the OPC Drum and the paper will be fed. Below is the Transfer Roller which has a higher positive charge than the OPC Drum, causing the toner to be sucked onto the paper. The paper is then sent to the Fuser Roller (Upper / Lower) to heat the melted ink onto the paper, then a rubber called the Wiper Blade will sweep the remaining ink residue around the OPC Drum in the slot. The waste toner is collected, then the PCR charges the OPC Drum with a negative and positive charge according to the machine's specs in preparation to be fired by the laser for the next round.
