การแก้กระดาษติดอย่างแรกที่ควรทำก็คือถอดสายไฟออกก่อนเลยครับ เพราะหากเราไม่เอาสายไฟออกและดึงกระดาษออกกลไกบางส่วนอาจจะได้รับความเสียหายไปด้วย สำหรับวิธีแก้ผมจะแบ่งออกเป็น 2 แบบนะครับจะได้แก้ปัญหาได้ถูกจุด
1.กระดาษติดแบบเข้าไปไม่เยอะไม่ถึงครึ่งแผ่นมีกระดาษส่วนที่เหลืออยู่เยอะกว่าที่เข้าไป อาการนี้ให้ค่อยๆดึงย้อนกลับออกมาทางด้านช่องใส่กระดาษ
2.กระดาษติดแบบดึงเข้าไปในเครื่องเยอะกว่าที่เหลืออยู่ควรจะดึงออกมาทางด้านทางออกของกระดาษ หากดึงย้อนกลับไปทางช่องใส่กระดาษอุปกรณ์อื่นๆอาจจะได้รับความเสียหาย ข้อสำคัญในการแก้ปัญหาเรื่องกระดาษติดหากดึงไม่ออกไม่ควรแก้ด้วยตัวเอง อย่าใช้แรงในการดึงเยอะ หากดึงแบบปกติแล้วไม่ออกให้ส่งช่างแก้ไขให้ เพราะหากฝืนดึงจะทำให้อุปกรณ์อื่นในชุดดึงกระดาษเสียหรือหัก
กระดาษติดเราต้องสังเกตดูว่ากระดาษได้ถูกดึงเข้าไปหรือไม่หากไม่ดึงกลไกชุดดึงกระดาษอาจจะเสีย หรือไม่มีกระดาษติดแต่เครื่องฟ้องกระดาษติดก็อาจจะมีปัญหาในส่วนของเซ็นเซอร์กระดาษมีปัญหาหรือดึงแต่เข้าไปไม่เยอะส่วนมากจะมีอะไรร่วงไปในช่องดึงกระดาษ
To fix a paper jam, the first thing you should do is unplug the power cord. Because if the power cord is not removed and the paper is pulled out, some of the mechanism may be damaged. For the solution, I will divide it into 2 types so that the problem can be solved at the right point.
1. Less than half of the paper jams contain more paper than they entered. If this occurs, gently pull it back and forth through the paper feed slot.
2. More paper jams that are pulled into the machine should be pulled out through the paper exit side. If it is pulled back through the paper feed slot, the other device may be damaged. Important for resolving paper jams if you cannot pull them out, do not resolve them yourself. Do not use a lot of pulling force. If the pull is not normal, then send a technician to fix it. Because if forcibly pulling, it will cause other equipment in the pickup unit to lose or break.
If the paper is jammed, we must observe whether the paper is pulled in or not, if the pickup mechanism is not pulled, it may be damaged. Or there is no paper jam, but the paper jam might have a problem with the sensor, a problem with the paper, or not pull it in, most likely, something falls into the paper feed slot.
