อาการนี้สามารถเกิดได้หลายปัจจัยครับ ต้องตรวจสอบไปทีละอย่าง
ตรวจสอบปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นด้วย Epson Status Monitor 3 โดยเข้าไปดูที่ ไปที่ Start >Control Panel >Printer and Faxes >คลิ๊กขวาไอคอนเครื่องพิมพ์รุ่นที่เราต้องการ > เลือก Printing Preferences ไปที่แทบบา การบำรุงรักษา ( Maintenance ) และกดที่ Epson Status Monitor 3 เพื่อดูสถานะของเครื่องพิมพ์ว่าพร้อมใช้งานหรือไม่หากเครื่องปกติก็จะขึ้นพร้อมใช้และแสดงสถานะของหมึกหากมองไม่เห็นเครื่องที่ต่ออยู่ต้องตรวจสอบส่วนอื่นต่อไป
1.ตรวจสอบว่าเครื่องเปิดอยู่หรือไม่ และต้องขึ้นไฟเขียวไม่กระพริบ
2.ตรวจสอบว่าสาย USB ถูกเสียบไว้ที่เครื่องพิมพ์หรือไม่
3.ตรวจสอบว่าเครื่องพิมพ์ที่เลือกใช้ในการพิมพ์ถูกต้องหรือไม่
4.ตรวจสอบว่ามีงานค้างในรายการพิมพ์หรือไม่ โดยปกติแล้วเมื่อเราสั่งพิมพ์จะมีไอคอนขึ้นมาที่แทบบาของวินโดโดยจะอยู่ด้านขวามือให้คลิ๊กขวาและเปิดขึ้นมาขึ้นมาดูว่ามีงานค้างหรือไม่หากมีให้ลบออกแล้วลองสั่งพิมพ์ใหม่
5.หากยังใช้งานไม่ได้ให้ลองถอนไดร์เวอร์ออก และติดตั้งใหม่อีกครั้งโดยถอดสาย USB ออกคลิกติดตั้งทำตามขั้นตอนไปเลื่อยๆรอจนกว่าโปรแกรมจะให้เสียบสาย USB จึงเสียบ

1. Check whether the machine is turned on or not. And the green light must not flash
2. Check if the USB cable is plugged into the printer.
3. Check whether the printer selected to print is correct or not.
4. Check if there are any outstanding jobs in the print list. Usually when we print, there will be an icon on the Windows tab, which will be on the right hand side, right click and open it to see if there are any freezes or not, if there is, delete it and try ordering. Reprint
5. If it still doesn't work, try removing the driver. And install again by disconnecting the USB cable, click install, follow the steps, wait until the program prompts to plug in the USB cable.
