วิธีทดสอบการพิมพ์และการทำความสะอาดหัวพิมพ์จากตัวเครื่อง ใช้สำหรับเครื่อง Epson L800,L805 กรณีที่เราใช้เครื่องพิมพ์พบอาการสีเพี้ยน พิมพ์เป็นเส้นขาว หมึกออกไม่ครบ เราต้องลองเทสหรือทดสอบการพิมพ์ออกมาดูก่อนว่าเครื่องพิมพ์ออกครบหรือไม่
วิธีการเทสหัวพิมพ์โดยการกดจากเครื่องพิมพ์
ปิดเครื่องพิมพ์จากนั้นกดปุ่มรูปกระดาษ ( C) และกดปุ่มเปิดเครื่อง ( A) ยังไม่ปล่อยปุ่มกระดาษค้างไว้ 3 วินาทีจากนั้นปล่อยปุ่มเปิดเครื่องและปล่อยปุ่มกระดาษตามลำดับ เครื่องจะเทสหัวพิมพ์ออกมาตามรูปด้านล่าง
จากรูปที่ 1 ทดสอบการพิมพ์ออกมาแสดงว่าหัวพิมพ์ปกติ กรณีเทสหรือทดสอบการพิมพ์ออกมาเป็นเหมือนรูปที่ 2 มีอาการคือสีจะหายไปบางส่วน ทำให้เกิดอาการพิมพ์แล้วสีเพี้ยน เป็นเส้นแถบขาวเพราะหมึกออกไม่ครบ ให้ลองทำความสะอาดหัวพิมพ์โดยสั่งจากเครื่อง ให้เปิดเครื่องพิมพ์รอจนไฟขึ้นสีเขียวค้างจากนั้นกดปุ่มรูปหยดหมึกค้างไว้ 10 วินาที จากนั้นปล่อยมือเครื่องจะเริ่มล้างระบบโดยไฟเขียวกระพริบ รอจนขึ้นไฟเขียวค้าง ลองเทสหัวพิมพ์อีกครั้งหากไม่หายให้ลองสั่งจากไดร์เวอร์จะมีโหมดการทำความสะอาดให้เลือกถึง 2 โหมด ลองทำความสะอาดโหมดขั้นสูง 2-3 รอบไม่ดีขึ้นแนะนำให้ส่งซ่อมหรือปรึกษาช่าง
