กรณีที่เครื่องพิมพ์สีเพี้ยนออกไม่ครบ เป็นเส้นพิมพ์ไม่สวยสิ่งแรกเลยเราก็ต้องตรวจสอบหัวพิมพ์ของเครื่องก่อนว่าออกครบปกติหรือไม่โดยกดทดสอบการพิมพ์ สำหรับในบทความนี้จะแนะนำวิธีการกดที่เครื่อง
1.เปิดเครื่องพิมพ์พร้อมทำงานไฟเขียวจะขึ้นค้าง หน้าจอขึ้นโหมด Copy หรือ Fax ก็ได้ หากไม่ขึ้นทั้ง 2 โหมดให้กดปุ่ม Copy หรือ Fax 1 ครั้ง
2.กดปุ่ม Menu กดปุ่มเลื่อนขึ้นหรือลงหากหัวข้อ Maintenance จากนั้นกด Ok
3.หาเมนู Nozzle check กดปุ่ม Color 1 ครั้ง ต้องใส่กระดาษก่อนกด เครื่องจะทดสอบการพิมพ์หรือเทสหัวพิมพ์ออกมาดูว่าปกติหรือไม่ จากรูปด้านขวาคือปกติ ด้านซ้ายไม่ปกติสีออกไม่ครบหายไปบางจุด ให้ทำความสะอาดหัวพิมพ์
4.รูปทดสอบการพิมพ์
5.เมื่อเทสหัวพิมพ์เสร็จที่เครื่องจะขึ้นคำว่า
1.Finish หากการเทสหัวพิมพ์ปกติให้เลือกข้อนี้
2.Head Cleaning หากการเทสหัวพิมพ์ไม่ปกติ ออกไม่ครบให้เลือกข้อนี้
6.กรณีที่เราทำความสะอาดแบบธรรมดาไปแล้วสองรอบแล้วอาการไม่ดีขึ้นให้ลองทำความสะอาดในโหมดขั้นสูง Power ink flushing โดยการสั่งที่ตัวเครื่อง
-ปิดเครื่องพิมพ์
-กดปุ่ม Copy และปุ่ม Back ค้างไว้และกดเปิดเครื่อง จะขึ้นข้อความ “Run Power Ink Flushing” 1.Yes 2.No ให้กด 1 เพื่อเริ่มการทำความสะอาดขั้นสูง ลอง 1-2 ครั้งไม่ดีขึ้นแนะนำให้ติดต่อช่างเพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไขในส่วนอื่นๆต่อไป

2. Press the Menu button. Press the scroll button up or down if Maintenance section then press Ok.
3. Look for the Nozzle check menu. Press the Color button once. Must add paper before pressing. The machine will test printing or test the print head to see if it is normal. From the picture on the right is normal The left side is not normal, the color is not complete, missing some points Clean the print head.

1.Finish, if normal printhead testing, select this
2.Head Cleaning if the printhead test is not normal. Not completed, select this item
6. In the event that we have been doing regular cleaning for two times and the condition does not improve, try cleaning in the advanced mode Power ink flushing by ordering the machine.
