วิธีการทดสอบการพิมพ์และทคำวามสะอาดหัวพิมพ์ผ่านวินโด windows xp,Windows vista,7,8 สามารถแก้ไขอาการพิมพ์ออกไม่ครบสีเพี้ยน พิมพ์เป็นเส้นได้โดยการสั่งจากไดร์เวอร์ของเครื่องพิมพ์
1.กด ที่ Start เลือกเมนู Printer and Faxes สำหรับ windows Xp
กดที่ Start เลือก Devices and Printers สำหรับ Windows Vista 7,8
2.คลิกขวาที่รูปเครื่องพิมพ์รุ่นที่ต้องการความสะอาดและเลือกเมนู Printing Preferences
3.เลือกที่หน้า การบำรุงรักษา เลือกที่หัวข้อ ทดสอบการพิมพ์
4.เครื่องพิมพ์จะเทสหัวพิมพ์ออกมารูปบน 1 คือหัวพิมพ์ออกปกติรูปล่าง 2 คือหัวพิมพ์ออกไม่ปกติต้องทำความสะอาดหัวพิมพ์วึ่งจะมีผลทำให้สีพิมพ์แล้วสีเพี้ยนหรือออกไม่ครบเป็นเส้นสีขาวให้กด ทำความสะอาดหัวพิมพ์
5.กรณีที่ล้างหัวพิมพ์แล้วในโหมดปกติ Head Cleaning แล้วไม่ดีขึ้นโดสั่งทำความสะอาดสัก 2-3 รอบไม่ดี่ข้นให้กดที่สั่งทำความสะอาดขั้นสูง Power ink Flushing ไดร์เวอร์จะถูกตั้งกำหนดให้ทำได้ 12 ชัวโมงต่อครั้ง
